Metallizing

Metallising means that we thermally apply liquid zinc, aluminum, cast iron and alloys. We do this on fences, stairs, machines and construction parts, among other things. Before we apply the zinc, we blast and degrease the surface. This ensures that an optimal bond is created between the steel and the zinc layer.
In metallizing, zinc powder is conveyed through a spray gun with a heated flame. This creates liquid metal and an adhesive layer can be applied using compressed air.
