Pre-treatment

The pre-treatment is the process before we start blasting and coating. This concerns actions that are necessary in many cases. 

Some of the pre-treatment that we can apply are masking, sanding, filling, sealing and steam cleaning.

Blasting

We blast with oil-free compressed air, which is stripped of any moisture by means of an air cooler. Blasting is done with aluminum silicate. The cleanliness is determined in accordance with ISO 8501-1 / 8502-3.

We have a pearl blast cabinet for almost all non-ferrous materials.

Coating

The coating ensures that steel is protected. Depending on the circumstances, an alkyd resin, epoxy or polyurethane paint is chosen. Before, during and after coating, measurements are taken regarding air humidity, dew point, temperature and wet and dry layer thickness.
