We apply a wet paint coating system that protects galvanized steel. We do this in any desired color. We mainly deal with iron, stainless steel and aluminum.
Before, during and after the wet paint coating, we perform measurements regarding air humidity, dew point, ambient and surface temperature. We also take measurements during wet and dry layer thickness.
We always perform a dust test.
On request we perform additional tests such as an MEK test, a pore detector test and a salt contamination test.
The desired tests are processed in a daily log report on request.
